BJJ Black Belt / Professor
For over three decades, Dave has dedicated himself to Martial Arts, embarking on his journey at 15 with Karate, evolving through Jeet Kune Do to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he now holds a Black Belt under Daniel Gazoni. Alongside notable achievements, he's influenced the community, establishing programs and training with renowned figures like UFC fighters and esteemed instructors such as Renzo Gracie and Caio Terra, shaping a legacy of skill and mentorship.
Black Belt / Blue Belt / Instructor
Sarah started out an avid student and received her Black Belt under Dave Spero in the Kickboxing program and her Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Sarah currently instructs some of the Ladies classes and is known for her challenging but fun workouts. Sarah handles the day to day operations and customer service at the Academy.
Purple Belt / Instructor
Dimitri has been with the Academy for 3 years and holds his Purple Belt in jiu Jitsu. Dimitri teaches the kids classes as well as the BJJ fundamentals class on Saturday morning. Dimitri has competed in both kickboxing and MMA.
Black Belt / Instructor
Abby holds her Blackbelt in in kids MMA as well as kickboxing. She currently manages the front desk duties but also instructs some of the kids classes.
Black Belt / Blue Belt / Instructor
Alex has her kids MMA and Women's Kickboxing Blackbelts. She also obtained her Blue belt in BJJ. Alex serves both in the front as well as managing to find time to teach.

The best gym, program, and classes in the area, no doubt about it. A very family oriented gym, run by an amazing couple, with an awesome gym environment that is designed for all ages, both genders, kids, adults, and even seniors. Whether it's fitness, self defense, Jiu-Jitsu, or MMA they have it. Consistent training, Structure, Quality Qualified Instructors, need I say more? Excellent for kids. Best in Southern New Hampshire if not all of New Hampshire. Black belt students monitor and help these kids during class. Bully rules are gone over strictly. Protects your child, yourself, and the school. Highly recommend. Pulled my child as a purple belt in karate back to a white belt at Speros once I watched one class and realize a purple belt from Speros would be an even match for a black belt student at another school. (And that's being nice) The owner Dave is a straight shooter so no smoke and mirrors here.
